This position is for application/system engineering. Responsibilities include debugging customer schematic or boards issues, duplicating the same issue on bench test and providing solutions with appropriate test report and providing technical training.

Job Summary:

The Payroll Specialist reports to the Europe Controller and will be based in Barcelona, Spain OR Overjissel, The Netherlands.

Essential Functions:

• Process monthly payroll and payments for employees and contractors for our European entities.
• Prepares and/or work with local service providers to coordinate statutory tax and reporting requirements. Research regulatory issues as needed. 
• Reconciles general ledger accounts, preparing journal vouchers, IPE, and providing management with timely and accurate reporting.
• Invoice registry, approval tracking, fund requests and payments posting for contractors.
• Leads expense reimbursement processes using SAP-Concur, manages master data, training and onboarding of new users.
• Supports employee benefit package set up and processing.
• Supports general employee set and follow up administration. (On boarding, PTO and leaves, etc.)

The position is responsible for supporting ERP system (IFS) user community, troubleshooting issues, training users, and optimizing processes for functional teams to improve efficiency and maintain data integrity. Job Description:

This is an important customer-facing, hands-on role in an emerging Automotive Quality organization in a rapidly growing semiconductor IC company. The key responsibilities are to work seamlessly with related Engineering, Production, Business groups and other QA functions to ensure timely responses and efficient closure of customer Quality requests, such as handling field returns/8D/FA cases, and audit support. Major Responsibilities

• Manage customer quality requirements, inquires/questions or issues, as the front-line interface.

• Utilize thermal simulation software such as ANSYS Icepak, FloTHERM, etc., to analyze the thermal performance of package/board and system level under various operating conditions.
• Provide thermal resistance parameters and thermal models.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Road Tests of the Automotive Communication Bus Transceiver ICs. Draft datasheets for new products.

2. Provide technical trainings to FAE and Sales teams.

3. Evaluate the feasibility of new product ideas based on simulation and experimental verification. Work with team to build prototypes.

4. Cooperate tightly with Design and Application Team to address problems in product development.

Job Requirements:

1. More than 3-year Application Engineering Experience on Automotive Communication Bus Transceiver Testing and Verification (i.e. CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernets, MOST, A2B, SerDes). A Master’s Degree in EE or Communication is required.

2. Skills on test instruments such as OSC, VNA, Logic Analyzer…

3. Good Experience on Automotive Communication Bus EMC test and debug.  

4. Good fundamentals in Circuit Theory, Microelectronics, Signal Processing, Communication and Power Electronics.

5. Good English writing and reading abilities are required. Good oral English is a plus.

6. Creative, self-motivated, responsible, good teamwork spirit.

Job Requirements:

1. More than 3-year Application Engineering Experience on power converters or Audio Class-D products. A Master’s Degree in EE related majors is required.

2. Skills on test instruments such as Audio Precision, OSC, VNA …

3. Good Experience on Audio Class-D, Audio Bus Transceivers, DACs… test and debug.

4. Good fundamentals in Circuit Theory, Microelectronics, Signal Processing, and Power Electronics.

5. Good English writing and reading abilities are required. Good oral English is a plus.

6. A strong literature research and review ability is a plus.

7. Creative, self-motivated, responsible, good teamwork spirit.
