Job Summary

MPS is seeking an energetic, efficient, self-motivated, and resourceful team player to be our Senior Revenue Accountant. This role will provide support and expertise that sets the tone for strong governance and compliance in all aspects of the MPS revenue recognition. Working closely with WW Sales, Customer Service and Finance teams, this role will be involved in, revenue accounting, contract review, sales rep commissions, stock rotation programs and customer claims. The Senior Revenue Accountant reports to the Assistant Controller.

MPS is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Global Finance team.  This is a critical and high-profile position that will play a critical role cross-functionally with FP&A, Operations, Legal and Tax to support general and technical accounting matters. The Senior Accountant reports to the Corporate Controller group and is based in Kirkland, WA.

Primary Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day accounting activities and month-end close by monitoring and reconciling general ledger accounts (including stock compensation, prepaids and accruals) and preparing journal vouchers and accounting analysis.

Job Summary:

The Payroll Specialist reports to the Europe Controller and will be based in Barcelona, Spain.

Essential Functions:

• Process monthly payroll and payments for employees and contractors for our European entities.
• Prepares and/or work with local service providers to coordinate statutory tax and reporting requirements. Research regulatory issues as needed. 
• Reconciles general ledger accounts, preparing journal vouchers, IPE, and providing management with timely and accurate reporting.
• Invoice registry, approval tracking, fund requests and payments posting for contractors.
• Leads expense reimbursement processes using SAP-Concur, manages master data, training and onboarding of new users.
• Supports employee benefit package set up and processing.
• Supports general employee set and follow up administration. (On boarding, PTO and leaves, etc.)

This person will identify strategic M&A opportunities by keeping a close pulse on semiconductor and system industry, startups, and market dynamics. This role will play an integral part in charting the future direction of MPS through participation in landscape-defining transactions. Job Description:

As an analog IC designer, your focus will be on analog circuit definition, design, and integration. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all phases of the product development cycle including product definition, digital integration, production test, software development, and customer support. Job Summary:

The FAE will provide technical support for customers and to the broader Sales and FAE team.  The FAE will assist in developing opportunities incorporating MPS products and follow those through to production solutions. The FAE identifies and shares current and emerging customer technical needs to improve MPS product positioning and guide new product development.
