The MPQ79575FS is a single-channel window voltage supervisor (monitor) that monitors a 0.7V to 6.1V voltage rail range. With high accuracy (±0.9%) and fast detection time, this voltage monitor is well-suited to continuously monitor point-of-load (PoL) voltage rails for over-voltage (OV) and under-voltage (UV) conditions. Voltage thresholds are set internally, leading to a small solution footprint.

The device provides a configurable reset delay time and deglitch time by connecting external capacitors on the CTR and CTS pins.

Both active-high and active-low open-drain RESET output topologies are available. To avoid false RESET de-assertions, 0.5%, 1%, and 2% hysteresis options for both OV and UV thresholds are offered.

The MPQ79575FS is an ISO 26262 ASIL-D hardware-capable device developed under MPS's advanced MPSafe^TM Functional Safety Product Development process, which has been independently certified. It operates across a -40°C to 150°C temperature range.

The MPQ79575FS is available in a TSOT23-8 (2.9mmx1.6mm) package, and is AEC-Q100 qualified.
