The MPQ79570FS-AEC1 is a single-channel window voltage supervisor (monitor) that monitors a voltage rail ranging between 2.7V and 70V. With low quiescent current (IQ) consumption (4μA typical), high accuracy (±0.9%), and fast detection time, this voltage monitor is well-suited to continuously monitor 24V or 48V automotive batteries for over-voltage (OV) and under-voltage (UV) conditions. Voltage thresholds are set internally, leading to a small solution footprint.
The MPQ79570FS-AEC1 provides a configurable reset delay time and deglitch time by connecting external capacitors on the CTR and CTS pins. Active high and active low open-drain RESET output topologies are available. To avoid false RESET de-assertions, 2%, 5%, and 10% hysteresis options for both OV and UV thresholds are offered.
The MPQ70570FS-AEC1 is an ISO 26262 ASIL-D Hardware Capable Device developed under MPS’s advanced MPSafeTM Functional Safety Product Development process, which has been independently certified. The device operates across a -40°C to +150°C temperature range.
The MPQ79570FS-AEC1 is available in a TSOT23-8 (2.9mmx1.6mm) package, and is available in AEC-Q100 Grade 1.
