The EV9931-R-00A evaluation board is designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the MP9931, a high-voltage, synchronous, step-down, switching regulator controller.

The evaluation board can achieve up to 20A of continuous output current (I_OUT) across a 25V to 100V input voltage (V_IN), with excellent load and line regulation.

The MP9931 adopts constant-on-time (COT) control internally to provide fast transient response, easy loop design, and tight output regulation. Full protection features include short-circuit protection (SCP), over-current protection (OCP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown.

It is recommended to read the MP9931 datasheet prior to making any changes to the EV9931-R-00A.
