详情
MP1601A 是一款内置功率 MOSFET 的单片降压开关变换器。在 2.3V 至 5.5V 输入电压范围内,它可以实现 1A 的连续输出电流,且具有极好的负载和线性调整率。输出电压可调节低至 0.6V。MP1601A采用强制连续导通模式(CCM)的恒定导通时间(COT)控制方案提供快速瞬态响应和低输出电压纹波,并使环路更易稳定。故障保护包括逐周期限流保护和过温关断保护。MP1601A 采用超小型 SOT563 封装,最大限度地减少了现有标准外部元器件的使用。MP1601A 适用范围广泛,是高性能 DSP、无线电源、便携式和移动设备及其他低功率系统等应用的理想之选。
