MPQ7935-AEC1 是一款电源管理 IC (PMIC)。它集成了4个高效率降压 DC/DC变换器、一个低压差 (LDO) 稳压器和一个灵活的逻辑接口。

DC/DC 变换器采用恒定导通时间 (COT) 控制，可提供快速瞬态响应。连续导通模式 (CCM) 下的 2.2MHz 固定开关频率 (f_SW) 可显著降低外部电感和电容需求。全面保护功能包括了欠压锁定 (UVLO)保护、过流保护 (OCP)、过压保护 (OVP) 和过温关断保护。

MPQ7935-AEC1的输出电压 (V_OUT) 可通过 I²C 总线调节，或通过多页一次性可编程 (MOTP) 存储器预设。上电/断电时序也可通过 MOTP 配置，并通过 I²C 总线在线控制。

MPQ7935-AEC1 采用带散热焊盘的 TLGA-29（4.5mmx4.5mm）封装，且符合 AEC-Q100 等级1 认证。

The EVQ7935-LWT-00A evaluation board is designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the MPQ7935-AEC1, a power management IC (PMIC) that integrates four high-efficiency step-down DC/DC converters, a low-dropout (LDO) regulator, and a flexible logic interface.

Constant-on-time (COT) control in the DC/DC converters provides fast transient response. The 2.1MHz fixed switching frequency (f_SW) during continuous conduction mode (CCM) greatly reduces external inductor and capacitor requirements. Full protection features include under-voltage lockout (UVLO), over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), and thermal shutdown.

The output voltage (V_OUT) is adjustable via the I²C bus or can be preset by the one-time programmable (OTP) memory. The power-on/off sequence is also configurable via the OTP memory and can be controlled via the I²C bus online.

The EVQ7935-LWT-00A is a fully assembled and tested evaluation board. The MPQ7935-AEC1 is available in a TLGA-29 (4.5mmx4.5mm)package with an exposed pad, and is AECQ100 qualified.
